Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy TikTok Shop Live Producer to support live shopping sessions from our Costa Mesa film studio for one of our dynamic brand partners.
This is an in-studio role we provide the full setup and training. Youll assist with tech checks, pin products during lives, moderate chat, and help stage the set and shot for maximum engagement. The position starts a few times a week with the opportunity to scale up, plus competitive hourly pay and bonuses for hitting success milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Support live shopping sessions by handling tech setup, pinning products, and moderating chat
- Help set up the set and shot to maximize engagement, lighting, framing, and product visibility
- Troubleshoot basic livestream issues in real time
- Assist the host behind the scenes to keep the show flowing smoothly and on schedule
- Monitor viewer engagement and suggest real-time improvements
- Learn and apply TikTok Shop best practices (training provided)
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure a polished livestream experience
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with livestream platforms generally (TikTok, Instagram Live, YouTube Live, etc.)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable managing phone-based filming setups, lights, and staging
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-first mindset
- Must be available to work in-person at our Costa Mesa studio a few times a week
- Experience in livestream support, production, retail, or e-commerce is a plus but not required
