About Us: UFactory is a new type of agency that massively scales people-led brands on social to increase revenue and influence. Our TikTok Shop team is seeking a dynamic TikTok Shop Strategist to work with our brand partners and creator network.
Overview: We are seeking a creative and experienced TikTok Shop Strategist to help brands and creators maximize their potential on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate has proven track record on TikTok Shop, spearheading successful campaigns and a deep understanding of the TTS ecosystem. You will be working with dynamic and interesting brands, often led by well-known personalities, crafting and optimizing creative strategies that drive sales and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and execute tailored TikTok Shop content strategies that align with brand goals to drive sales and audience growth for clients across various industries.
- Content Mapping: Collaborate with partners to develop content frameworks, concepts, and shot lists for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Coach and mentor both client social teams and creators in our community by providing feedback on their content, strategies, and best practices for performance.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze social media metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and optimize content for reach, engagement, and virality.
- Research: Stay updated on the latest TikTok Shop media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, objectives, and target audience, tailoring strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Ideal Experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Strategist, particularly 1+ years with demonstrated success on TikTok Shop.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels, and their respective audiences.
- Proven experience in leading winning TikTok Shop brands/creative and understanding brand and affiliate marketing dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and audience behavior.
- Exceptional coaching and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide creators and client teams.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for emerging social media platforms and content formats.
