UFactory is a creative growth consultancy that helps leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs grow revenue and build powerful personal brands. Our TikTok Shop arm combines storytelling, performance marketing, and commerce strategy to drive massive results.
We manage everything on TikTok Shop from strategy and affiliate partnerships to community building and hands-on shop operations. Were looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive TikTok Shop Lead to take the reins, owning execution, leading a growing team, and helping shape the future of our TikTok Shop division.
About the Role
This is a fully remote, hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone excited to learn by doing, adapt quickly, and take on a wide range of responsibilities as the team scales. You'll be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our TikTok Shop offering, including strategy execution, affiliate and community management, and backend shop operations. You'll manage a small team, interface directly with clients, and ensure shops are running smoothly and at a high standard.

What You'll Do
-Run and manage day-to-day execution of TikTok Shop campaigns from end to end, including:
- Campaign planning and product positioning
- Affiliate outreach and creator onboarding
- Community relationship management
- Shop logistics and fulfillment coordination
- Client communications
-Manage a small internal team and freelancers
-Serve as the main point of contact for clients - most are high-growth brands and sophisticated operators
-Own and refine internal systems for project management and reporting
-Monitor performance metrics, resolve execution issues, and drive continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience in ecommerce, operations, or influencer/affiliate marketing
- Strong experience with TikTok Shop or similar commerce platforms preferred
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, teams, and client relationships
- Deeply organized, self-directed, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-moving environment
- Clear, thoughtful communicator who thrives in a remote setting
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience managing affiliate programs or creator campaigns
- Creative strategy experience (positioning, hooks, storytelling, etc.)
- Background in a startup, brand, or agency setting
- Familiarity with backend shop tools, community platforms, or live commerce
