As an official TikTok Shop Service Partner agency, we manage everything on TikTok Shop from strategy and affiliate partnerships to community building and hands-on shop operations.

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Director of Agency Operations to take the reins, owning execution, leadership of a growing team, and the day-to-day management of our TikTok Shop division.

About the Role

This is a fully remote, hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone excited to learn by doing, adapt quickly, and take on a wide range of responsibilities as the team scales. You'll be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our TikTok Shop offering, including client relations, strategy execution, affiliate and community management, and backend shop operations. You'll manage a small team, interface directly with clients, and ensure shops are running smoothly and at a high standard.

What You'll Do

-Run and manage day-to-day execution of our clients’ TikTok Shops from end-to-end, including:

  • Campaign planning and product positioning

  • Affiliate outreach and creator onboarding

  • Community relationship management

  • Shop logistics and fulfillment coordination

  • Client communications

  • Coordination and troubleshooting with TikTok Shop account reps

-Manage a small internal team and freelancers

-Serve as the main point of contact for clients - most are high-growth brands and sophisticated operators

-Own and refine internal systems for project management and reporting

-Monitor performance metrics, resolve execution issues, and drive continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in ecommerce, agency operations, or influencer/affiliate marketing
  • Strong experience with TikTok Shop or similar commerce platforms preferred
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, teams, and client relationships
  • Deeply organized, self-directed, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-moving environment
  • Clear, thoughtful communicator who thrives in a remote setting

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience managing affiliate programs or creator campaigns
  • Creative strategy experience (positioning, hooks, storytelling, etc.)
  • Background in a startup, high-growth brand, or agency setting
  • Familiarity with backend shop tools, community platforms, or live commerce
