Role Purpose:

The Procurement Administrator provides administrative and transactional support to ensure accurate documentation and smooth day-to-day procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PO Processing: Generate, track, and close Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Vendor Liaison: Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, resolve discrepancies, and update delivery schedules.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, organized records of contracts.
  • Data Management: Update procurement systems and ERP tools with current pricing and supplier information.
  • Support: Assist the procurement team with reporting, analyzing purchasing trends, and sourcing support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative, logistics, or purchasing role.
  • Systems: Strong Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams..
