An international banking project is seeking a Quality and Process Referent (English & French) to support digital transformation initiatives. This hybrid role, based in Lisbon, offers the chance to work at the heart of technology and process excellence within a multicultural, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive quality assurance and process improvement across project teams

• Collaborate using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation

• Apply Agile (Scrum) and/or V-cycle methodologies to optimize project execution

• Communicate effectively with international teams in French and English

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and project management principles

• Fluent in French (spoken and written); good English proficiency is a plus
