We are looking for a SAP eCommerce Consultant with strong technical skills and business insight to design, implement, and optimize eCommerce solutions based on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). This role combines technical expertise with strategic collaboration, offering the chance to work on cutting-edge projects in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for SAP eCommerce solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platforms.
  • Ensure smooth integration with SAP ERP and third-party systems.
  • Improve performance, usability, and scalability of digital commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and business analysts across the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing post-launch support.
  • Document solutions and maintain knowledge bases for internal use.
  • Identify root causes and proactively resolve recurring technical issues.
  • Stay current on SAP eCommerce trends and product updates.

What Were Looking For:
  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C eCommerce models.
  • Experience with SAP ERP integration.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, APIs, REST/SOAP).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on customer experience and results.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Based in or willing to commute to Lisbon or Porto 2x per week (hybrid model).
