Are you passionate about ensuring quality in cutting-edge digital commerce platforms? Were hiring an SAP eCommerce QA & Support Specialist to join our expert team driving innovation in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments.
Location: Hybrid Lisbon or Porto (2x/week onsite)
Contract: 1 Year (with potential extension)

What You'll Do:
  • Own end-to-end functional testing of SAP eCommerce features with a focus on SAP BTP-driven developments.
  • Validate integrations between SAP Commerce (Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud), BTP services, and backend SAP systems (ECC or S/4HANA).
  • Investigate and support issues in custom APIs, extensions, and BTP-based apps.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand changes and ensure complete test coverage.
  • Create detailed test scenarios, cases, and results documentation.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live cutover support.
  • Manage and troubleshoot incidents, providing fast and effective support.
  • Ensure each deployment to BTP is rigorously tested for performance and reliability.
  • Continuously improve QA and support processes.

What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in SAP eCommerce (SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris).
  • Hands-on expertise in functional testing and incident support.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and API behavior.
  • Knowledge of SAP modules and system integration points.
  • Experience with QA/support tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Postman).
  • Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
