Outbound Caller (UG)

Unique Genius is looking for an Outbound Caller / Appointment Setter to reach out to warm leads and help schedule Discovery Calls with our team.

Responsibilities:

Call warm leads who have shown interest in our services
Briefly introduce Unique Genius and our Strategic Partner model
Qualify prospects and encourage them to book a Discovery Call
Update lead notes and booking status in the CRM
Follow up with leads as needed

Requirements:

Strong spoken English and confident phone presence
Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales support
Comfortable speaking with business owners
Organized and goal-oriented
