Position: Experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Remote



We are seeking highly skilled and experienced CSR professionals to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling dispatching, estimates, appointment setting, and full administrative tasks for our clients. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in similar roles and is familiar with the tools commonly used by our US-based clients, such as ResponsiBid, Jobber, The Customer Factor, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and ServiceMonster.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatching: Monitor and manage service requests, assign technicians to jobs, and ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Estimates: Create accurate and detailed estimates for clients, taking into consideration their specific needs and budget.
• Appointment setting: Schedule service appointments for clients and follow up to confirm appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Administrative tasks: Handle all administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
• Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar CSR role, preferably in the service industry.
• Proficiency in using tools commonly used by our US-based clients, such as ResponsiBid, Jobber, The Customer Factor, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and ServiceMonster.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer-focused mindset and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
