Roofing Administrator

Position: Roofing Administrator

Location: Remote

Were looking for a reliable Roofing Administrator to manage job tracking, coordination, and admin support for an active roofing company. Youll keep projects organized, updated, and moving from inspection to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update jobs in JobNimbus 
• Track projects, documents, photos, and job status
• Coordinate inspections, installs, and crew schedules
• Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and team members
• Assist with invoicing and job tracking in QuickBooks- Support scheduling and workflows using Jobber

Requirements

• 2+ years admin/operations experience (roofing or construction preferred)
• Strong JobNimbus experience
• Experience with Jobber and QuickBooks
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail- Reliable internet connection with back-up
• Clear, professional communication
