About the job Client Support & Digital Marketing Strategic Partner (DT)
Job Description: Client Support & Digital Marketing Strategic Partner
Client Industry: Creative / Web Design & Digital Services Agency
About the Role
Our client is a US-based creative agency serving businesses with websites, social media, and event promotion. The owner and creative director are currently carrying the day-to-day operational load themselves — and it's pulling them away from high-value creative and strategic work.
We're looking for a Strategic Partner who can own client-facing communication, content coordination, minor website updates, and social media execution — creating a smoother, more organized experience for the agency's clients while giving the leadership team their time back.
This is a role for someone who thrives on being the reliable, organized backbone of a creative operation: the person clients trust to respond, follow up, and keep things moving.
Core Outcomes You'll Own
Free up the owner and creative director by taking over recurring operational and client-facing tasks
Deliver a smoother, more organized client experience through consistent communication and follow-through
Provide dependable day-to-day operational support the team can build around
Primary Responsibilities
Client Communication (Front-of-House)
Handle ongoing client correspondence, follow-ups, and status updates
Help manage client expectations — proactively communicating timelines, next steps, and what's needed from them
Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact for client requests
Content Gathering & Coordination
- Collect content and assets from clients (copy, images, logos, event details) for:
Website builds and updates
Social media campaigns
Event promotions
Chase down missing assets and keep projects unblocked
Website Support
Make small, routine website changes and updates (full training and video walkthroughs provided)
Handle minor edits so the owner isn't spending his day on small fixes
Social Media Management
Post and schedule content across Facebook/Meta and other platforms
Support promotion of upcoming client events
Assist with Meta Business Suite and basic ads tooling
Tools & Systems
You should be comfortable with — or genuinely eager to learn — the following:
Custom CRM and project management software (client's in-house system; training provided)
Mailchimp — mass newsletters and email campaigns
Facebook / Meta — including Meta Business Suite and Ads tools
Repair Shopper — used for in-house project management
General AI tools — comfort using AI to work faster and smarter
Work Environment & Security
This client takes data security and access management seriously. As part of this role, you'll work within:
Monitoring software installed on your work computer
LastPass-managed access — credentials are provisioned and revoked by the client; no direct password ownership
This is a standard, professional setup — and it protects you as much as the client. Candidates must be fully comfortable with these arrangements.
Who We're Looking For
High trustworthiness and integrity — this is non-negotiable. You handle client access, paid tools, and business systems with complete transparency and care
Strong written English — polished, warm, professional client communication
Organized and proactive — you follow up without being asked and never let things fall through the cracks
Tech-adaptable — you pick up new platforms quickly and aren't intimidated by custom systems
Detail-oriented — small website edits and client updates done right the first time
Reliable and consistent — the client needs someone they can count on every single day
Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting a creative, web design, or marketing agency
Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
Experience running or supporting Meta ad campaigns
Basic graphic design sensibility (Canva-level is fine)
Why This Role
Full-time, stable engagement with a client who is actively investing in the right long-term partner
Direct training from the business owner — including video walkthroughs for all technical tasks
Real ownership: you're not a task-taker, you're the operational backbone of a growing agency
Variety: client communication, content, web, and social — no two days identical
