About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales & Estimating Coordinator to support our lead management and sales process. This role is responsible for handling incoming leads, preparing accurate estimates, managing the sales funnel, and ensuring every customer receives a professional and seamless experience from inquiry to conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and customer inquiries
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline from initial contact through conversion
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to maximize close rates
- Track customer interactions and update CRM records accurately
Estimating & Customer Support
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotes and estimates
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, pricing, and next steps
- Ensure all customer information and estimates are properly documented
CRM & Administrative Support
- Maintain organized and accurate records within CRM platforms
- Utilize communication tools and systems to support daily operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer experience

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills

- Experience with CRM platforms and VoIP phone systems
