Role Overview
We are hiring a Content Product Manager to own the strategy, structure, and production architecture of our content. This role is responsible for turning raw ideas from leadership into clear, strategic, and consistent content that builds authority, drives audience growth, and supports business offers.
This is not a posting role. This is a strategic ownership role.
You will serve as the architect behind our content machine—ensuring every piece of content is intentional, aligned, and delivered consistently.
Primary Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Translate leadership ideas, voice notes, and discussions into structured content plans
- Develop content campaigns aligned with business goals, offers, and positioning
- Ensure content supports authority-building and audience growth
- Identify strategic content opportunities and themes
Content Structuring & Brief Creation
- Create clear outlines and briefs for editors and production team
- Develop strong hooks and messaging frameworks
- Structure long-form and short-form content appropriately
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across all content
Content Calendar & Production Management
- Own and manage the content calendar
- Ensure production deadlines and output targets are met
- Coordinate with editors, designers, and distribution team
- Maintain consistent publishing cadence
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Review content performance data and identify trends
- Recommend strategic adjustments based on results
- Identify winning formats, topics, and messaging angles
Required Skills & Qualifications
Required Experience
- 3+ years experience in content strategy, content management, or similar role
- Experience supporting personal brands, founders, or online businesses preferred
- Strong understanding of content marketing and social media platforms
