Position: Cold Caller with SMM experience

Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller with SMM (Social Media Marketing) experience to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to a warm list of existing customers, mainly in the afternoons, with some daytime coverage. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and schedule appointments for our tree services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to a warm list of existing customers to promote our tree services
• Answer basic questions about tree services and provide information to potential customers
• Utilize Jobber CRM to manage customer information and call records
• Use our company phone system to make outbound calls
• Support our organic social media efforts by creating content and managing our social media accounts
• Create a content library for future social media posts
• Assist with extra projects when not on calls, such as data entry or research
• Attend Zoom/video calls for onboarding and training purposes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year experience in cold calling and SMM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using CRM software, preferably Jobber
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques
