Job Title: Strategic Partner – Sales & Estimates Coordinator

Role Overview:
We're seeking a Strategic Partner to manage sales estimates and lead funnel. This team member will serve as a key point of contact for prospective customers—gathering information, providing accurate quotes, and supporting the transition from lead to service. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive, with a strong understanding of CRMs and customer service tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to new leads via phone and email.

Conduct initial intake calls, ask the right questions, and provide accurate, timely estimates using our software.

Track, update, and manage the sales funnel through Pipedrive CRM.

Maintain communication logs and customer records via CloudTalk and Google Workspace.

Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth scheduling and handoffs.

Take initiative to refine scripts, improve response times, and increase conversion rates.

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline responses and improve efficiency.

Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams through Slack and project tools.
Required Skills & Attributes:
