Job Title: Strategic Partner – Sales & Estimates Coordinator

Role Overview:

We're seeking a Strategic Partner to manage sales estimates and lead funnel. This team member will serve as a key point of contact for prospective customers—gathering information, providing accurate quotes, and supporting the transition from lead to service. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive, with a strong understanding of CRMs and customer service tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to new leads via phone and email.

  • Conduct initial intake calls, ask the right questions, and provide accurate, timely estimates using our software.

  • Track, update, and manage the sales funnel through Pipedrive CRM.

  • Maintain communication logs and customer records via CloudTalk and Google Workspace.

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth scheduling and handoffs.

  • Take initiative to refine scripts, improve response times, and increase conversion rates.

  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline responses and improve efficiency.

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams through Slack and project tools.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Active listening, attention to detail, and ability to ask insightful questions.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Pipedrive) and VoIP systems (e.g., CloudTalk).

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and openness to feedback.

  • Reliable and self-motivated with consistent performance.

  • Comfort with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.

  • Preferred: Experience in service-based or home-services industries.
