We are seeking a proactive, professional, and customer-focused Strategic Partner to support inbound calls, sales, scheduling, customer communication, and operational tasks for a growing outdoor lighting company specializing in permanent and landscape lighting.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, sales-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Calls & Customer Service

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Build rapport with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
  • Assist with inbox management and customer communication

Sales & Appointment Setting

  • Support sales efforts through appointment setting and lead follow-up
  • Assist with remote estimating and measuring homes using online tools
  • Create basic line drawings and assist with proposal preparation
  • Help guide customers through the service process

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage CRM updates and job tracking
  • Assist with ordering materials from suppliers when needed
  • Maintain accurate records and scheduling coordination
  • Support daily operational tasks across multiple departments

Marketing & Creative Support

  • Assist with basic marketing and social media tasks
  • Perform light photo editing using Adobe Lightroom
  • Support design-related tasks and customer-facing visuals

Requirements:

  • Minimal accent with strong English communication skills
  • Strong customer service and phone presence
  • Experience in sales and appointment setting
  • Highly proactive, organized, and adaptable
  • Comfortable multitasking across sales, admin, and support functions
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Preferred Experience:

  • Outdoor lighting or home services industry experience
  • Familiarity with:
    • Jobber
    • Go High Level (GHL)
    • CompanyCam
    • Adobe Lightroom
    • Google Maps and online measuring tools
