Position: Permitting & Licensing Operations Specialist

We are a fast-growing real estate company focused on short-term rental (STR) acquisitions and operations. We are looking for a highly proactive and strategic Permitting & Licensing Operations Specialist to support and help lead our growing permitting and licensing department.
This role is ideal for someone who combines operational excellence, leadership ability, and strong communication skills with a deep understanding of permitting, licensing, HOA regulations, and STR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage permitting and licensing processes for STR properties
- Navigate HOA regulations and restrictions related to STR operations
- Research, analyze, and recommend compliant operational solutions
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational tracking
- Coordinate across multiple teams and departments
- Help create structure, improve workflows, and streamline processes
- Assist in mentoring and supporting future team growth
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders, HOAs, and internal teams
- Track deadlines, compliance requirements, and licensing updates

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with permitting, licensing, or compliance processes
- Familiarity with HOA regulations and STR operations
- Real estate or property management experience is a plus
