You'll handle inbound calls, book estimates, and ensure every customer feels helped, heard, and taken care of.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with energy and professionalism
• Book estimates and appointments
• Respond to new leads quickly (within 15 minutes)
• Maintain accurate CRM notes
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams
• Provide a smooth and positive customer experience
