Sales Presentation & Proposal Specialist (Ingage / Roofing)

We are looking for a detail-oriented specialist with hands-on experience using Ingage Software to support our sales presentation systems and account management. This role will focus on building professional presentation templates, maintaining account organization, and supporting our sales team with the tools they need to succeed.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in roofing or home services who understands how impactful, well-built presentations are in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation & Template Management
- Build and maintain Ingage presentation templates
- Create new presentations for sales reps
- Update branding, pricing, and structure

Platform Administration
- Add/remove users in Ingage, Hover, iRoofing
- Manage permissions and access
- Ensure tools are properly organized

Sales Support Operations
- Prepare presentations for upcoming sales appointments
- Support sales team requests
- Maintain template accuracy

Process & System Support
- Organize files, templates, and folders
- Improve workflows
- Create SOPs when needed
