Are you experienced in influencer outreach, UGC campaigns, and social media growth? Were hiring a dedicated full-time Strategic Partner to own and scale a fast-growing e-commerce brands creator program.

The brand builds innovative audio inserts (foam + speaker) for wrestling headgear, allowing athletes to listen to music while training and competing. With strong traction on Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads, the next phase of growth is scaling influencer and UGC marketing — and youll lead it.

Your Main Mission

Own and scale the UGC and influencer program — from sourcing creators to managing content production and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Sourcing & Outreach

  • Research, vet, and recruit creators via DM and outreach

  • Build and maintain a strong creator pipeline

  • Identify aligned athletes and niche influencers

Creator Relationship Management

  • Handle onboarding, briefing, scheduling, and payments

  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers

  • Track deliverables and performance

UGC & Content Coordination

  • Manage content production timelines

  • Ensure content meets brand guidelines

  • Coordinate content delivery for paid ads and organic use

Social Media Management

  • Assist with posting and engagement on Instagram & TikTok

  • Support content planning and growth strategies

Partnerships & Email Marketing

  • Conduct outreach for sponsorships and partnerships

  • Assist with email campaigns and newsletters

  • Manage CRM and tracking tools

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or UGC campaign management

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Meta platforms

  • Experience with outreach systems and creator vetting

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Strong written and verbal English communication

  • Comfortable using CRMs and tracking tools

  • Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders independently

Preferred:

  • Experience in e-commerce or sports brands

  • Familiarity with paid ads content workflows

  • Experience scaling influencer programs

Communication & Workflow

  • Primary communication via WhatsApp

  • Available for text, calls, and Zoom meetings

  • Collaborative team environment with ongoing training

Important Notes

  • This is a fully remote role (no in-person tasks required)

  • You must be comfortable independently managing workflows and coordinating with a team
