About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Social Media & Marketing Specialist with CSR experience who can manage online presence, support marketing campaigns, and handle customer communications. This role requires someone confident in calls, sales, and customer engagement, while also managing social media and CRM-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts (posting, scheduling, engagement, and basic analytics)
Graphic designing and video editing

Create and support marketing campaigns to generate leads

Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups

Assist with sales support and lead nurturing

Maintain accurate records in CRM and job management tools

Respond to customer messages, comments, and emails professionally

Coordinate with the team to improve marketing and customer experience
Required Skills & Experience

Experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing

Strong customer service and phone communication skills

Comfortable with sales, lead follow-ups, and client communication
