Position: Claims Invoicing & Collections Strategic Partner 

Location: Remote

Were looking for a highly detail-oriented Strategic Partner (SP) to manage insurance claims invoicing and collections for a US-based construction-related business. This role is critical to ensuring accurate billing, strong cash flow, and clean financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and analyze insurance summaries and claim documents
• Calculate correct billable amounts based on policy limits and non-recoverable items
• Manage the full invoicing workflow from start to payment tracking
• Stay updated on revised insurance summaries and billing adjustments
• Build and maintain centralized reports for claims, invoices, and revenue
• Handle collections and follow up on outstanding payments
• Communicate with internal teams and insurance-related contacts as needed
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies proactively

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong problem-solver who can own the billing and invoicing function
• Background in construction and/or insurance (carrier, contractor, or adjusting experience preferred)
• Public adjusting experience is a plus but not required
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable with complex documentation
• Strong with spreadsheets and data tracking
• Willing to continuously learn and improve processes

• Ability to understand detailed financial and insurance documents
• Organized and able to manage multiple claims at once
• Reliable internet and secure work setup
