The Role

Were seeking a high-level Executive Partner to serve as the strategic and operational right hand to a visionary CEO/Founder. This is not a traditional EA role. You will bring structure to ideas, turn vision into execution, and ensure priorities move forward without friction. Your role is to protect the Founders focus while driving clarity, alignment, and results across the business.



What Youll Do

• Own the CEOs calendar, inbox, and priorities with strategic judgment
• Translate vision into clear plans, timelines, and execution
• Manage and track key initiatives, ensuring follow-through and accountability
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and drive next steps
• Act as the communication bridge between the CEO, team, and partners
• Build and refine systems, SOPs, and workflows to scale operations
• Leverage AI and automation tools to increase efficiency and reduce noise
• Support hiring, onboarding, and delegation to keep the CEO in their zone of genius
• Handle select personal/logistical tasks to protect executive bandwidth

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience supporting a CEO/Founder as an Executive Partner, Senior EA, Project Manager, or Integrator
• Exceptional at anticipating needs, prioritizing, and executing independently
• Comfortable working with visionary leaders and fast-changing priorities
• Clear, confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence
  Highly organized, tech-forward, and AI-literate
  Discreet, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
