Position: Data & KPI Analyst (Deck Industry)
Location: Remote
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data & KPI Analyst to support our growing operations in the deck industry. This role is focused on turning scattered data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance across marketing, sales, and operations.
You will play a critical role in building visibility into the business by creating reliable KPI systems, improving data accuracy, and helping leadership make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Consolidation & Management
- Consolidate and organize data from multiple sources, primarily Google Sheets and Housecall Pro
- Clean, standardize, and maintain data for accuracy and consistency
- Reconstruct and improve historical data where possible to enable better analysis
KPI Tracking & Dashboarding

Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track core business metrics, including:
- Leads by source (calls, forms, texts)
- Response times / speed-to-lead
- Estimates sent, estimates sold, and close rates
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, easy to understand, and actionable
Performance Analysis
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Reverse engineer performance to understand what's driving results
- Provide insights that support decision-making across marketing and operations
System Optimization

Identify and work around limitations within Housecall Pro, including:
- Improving inaccurate close-rate tracking (currently package-based instead of customer-based)
- Develop cleaner, customer-based performance tracking methods
- Continuously improve data systems and reporting workflows
CRM & Tech Stack Integration

Work within and optimize the current tech stack, including:
- Housecall Pro (required)
- GoHighLevel (highly preferred)
- Google Sheets / basic dashboards
- Support and enhance the company's closed-loop system (marketing jobs results back to marketing)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, data organization)
- Experience with Housecall Pro is required
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of data systems
- Experience working with service-based businesses is a plus
