Job Title: Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (Remote)
We're looking for someone who can help identify the right companies, reach out to decision-makers, and book qualified discovery calls.
This role focuses on targeted research and personalized outreach, not mass lead generation.
Responsibilities
1. Research & Targeting

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Indeed to find companies that fit a specific profile

Identify companies that are hiring sales leadership (VP of Sales) or showing growth signals
-
Build and maintain a curated list of 200+ target companies
2. Outreach & Appointment Setting

Send personalized email and LinkedIn outreach

Communicate as the assistant to a Fractional VP of Sales

Introduce the service and invite prospects to book a discovery call
Goal:
Book 2–3 qualified discovery calls per week with founders or CEOs.
3. Strategic Support

Help refine targeting and messaging

Suggest outreach angles that resonate with founders and growing companies
Requirements

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Experience with B2B lead generation or appointment setting

Strong written English communication
