Job Title: Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (Remote)

We're looking for someone who can help identify the right companies, reach out to decision-makers, and book qualified discovery calls.

This role focuses on targeted research and personalized outreach, not mass lead generation.

Responsibilities

1. Research & Targeting

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Indeed to find companies that fit a specific profile

  • Identify companies that are hiring sales leadership (VP of Sales) or showing growth signals

  • Build and maintain a curated list of 200+ target companies

2. Outreach & Appointment Setting

  • Send personalized email and LinkedIn outreach

  • Communicate as the assistant to a Fractional VP of Sales

  • Introduce the service and invite prospects to book a discovery call

Goal:
Book 2–3 qualified discovery calls per week with founders or CEOs.

3. Strategic Support

  • Help refine targeting and messaging

  • Suggest outreach angles that resonate with founders and growing companies

Requirements

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Experience with B2B lead generation or appointment setting

  • Strong written English communication

  • Good research skills and attention to detail

  • Experience doing personalized outreach

  • Experience speaking with founders or executives
