Primary Responsibilities for the SP

  1. Run and live inside the CRM

    • Operate his custom-built CRM (similar to ServiceTitan/Jobber)
    • Handle day-to-day CRM tasks and workflows
    • Use built-in training hub, quizzes, SOPs, and guardrails to stay on track
  2. Customer Communication & Admin

    • Call customers back when Tyler is in the field or has poor service
    • Send emails and confirmations
    • Confirm customers who are scheduled (especially upcoming jobs later in the week)
    • General office/admin work typical of a small home services business
  3. Scheduling & Coordination

    • Help manage the schedule so Tyler and his team can focus on field work
    • Ensure customers are informed and confirmed without Tyler needing to step in constantly
  4. Basic Marketing Support

    • Posting on social media
    • Potentially supporting other marketing tasks over time as needed

Expectations for the Relationship

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week, dedicated to his business (no part-time solution)
  • Ability to adapt roles over time (start as general executive/admin SP, then add more specialized VAs later)
  • Someone who is:

    • Proactive in helping him delegate
    • Comfortable owning the CRM and office processes
    • Able to integrate into his systems and SOPs quickly (1–2 weeks to feel comfortable)
