Position: Sales & CSR VA with Office Manager Backup

We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven, and highly organized Sales & CSR VA to support a growing residential cleaning business. This role combines sales, customer service, scheduling, and operational support, with occasional backup responsibilities for the Office Manager.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, an excellent phone presence, and the ability to confidently handle both sales conversations and day-to-day customer support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Follow-Up (Primary Focus)

  • Respond quickly to new website and phone leads
  • Conduct over-the-phone consultations and provide quotes
  • Follow up on estimates and re-engage old leads
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline inside Maid Central
  • Apply structured sales training and follow proven sales processes
  • Help improve booking and conversion rates

Customer Service & Front Desk Support

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally
  • Handle booking, scheduling, and rescheduling appointments
  • Perform lead intake and basic qualification
  • Manage customer communication and retention follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and task tracking

CRM & Administrative Support

  • Work daily inside Maid Central and ClickUp
  • Keep customer records, tasks, and pipelines organized
  • Follow SOPs and support operational efficiency

Office Manager Backup Support

  • Step in during Office Manager absences to help with:
    • Schedule adjustments
    • Day-of operational issues
    • Technician support
    • Payment processing
    • General office coordination

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills with strong American-style phone presence
  • Minimal to no noticeable accent barrier for sales calls
  • Previous experience in sales, CSR, appointment setting, or customer support
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable following systems, SOPs, and sales processes
  • Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with:
    • Maid Central
    • ClickUp
    • CRM systems
    • Residential cleaning or home-service industries
