About the Role
We're a growing pressure washing business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can support marketing, lead generation, customer service, and daily operations. This is a wear many hats role perfect for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with U.S.-based customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Lead Generation

Manage Facebook group marketing:

Post ads in local Facebook groups using a provided posting schedule

Follow guidelines to avoid flags or bans

Assist with social media content and posting
-
Help create newsletters and occasional blog content
-
Upload before/after job photos
-
Research and build lead lists of local commercial prospects (e.g., restaurants, gas stations, retail chains)

Conduct cold outreach via email and/or phone
-
Follow up consistently with leads

Send mass email and SMS campaigns to past customers (seasonal promotions)
2. Customer Service & Sales Support

Answer inbound calls and assist customers professionally

Follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into customers

Support sales efforts and help close jobs

Maintain strong, friendly communication with customers

Must have a clear speaking voice with minimal accent for U.S. clients
3. Admin & Operations

Schedule jobs and manage calendar

Create and send estimates and invoices
-
Work within CRM (Quote IQ) to manage leads and customers

Maintain organized spreadsheets and data
-
Assist with basic accounts payable/receivable

Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Experience with customer service and/or sales support

Familiarity with social media marketing (especially Facebook groups)

Comfortable with cold outreach (email and phone)

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Experience with CRMs (or ability to learn quickly)

Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Nice to Have

Experience in home services (pressure washing, landscaping, etc.)
