Position: Hiring Manager
Location: Remote | Full-Time

We are looking for a highly organized, accountable, and results-driven Hiring Manager to lead recruitment operations from sourcing to endorsement.

This role is responsible for managing the hiring pipeline, identifying top talent, conducting interviews, coordinating with operations and internal teams, and ensuring hiring goals are consistently met. We need someone who takes full ownership of recruitment performance and keeps hiring processes moving efficiently without constant follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple open roles
  • Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications based on hiring requirements
  • Ensure consistent candidate flow and timely endorsements

Interviewing & Candidate Evaluation

  • Conduct initial interviews and screenings
  • Evaluate candidate experience, communication skills, and overall fit
  • Shortlist top candidates for endorsement to the operations team
  • Maintain detailed interview notes and candidate tracking

Coordination & Hiring Operations

  • Coordinate closely with operations and internal teams regarding hiring needs and candidate updates
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and hiring activities
  • Track recruitment progress, hiring timelines, and pipeline movement
  • Maintain organized recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate records

Accountability & Performance Ownership

  • Take ownership of hiring goals, recruitment KPIs, and turnaround times
  • Ensure no candidate follow-up, interview, or endorsement falls through the cracks
  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and proactively solve them
  • Maintain high standards for candidate quality, responsiveness, and hiring efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring management
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Strong sense of accountability, urgency, and ownership
  • Experience using ATS, CRM systems, job boards, and sourcing tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
