Position: Content & Media / Video Editor
Location: Remote

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Content & Media / Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will transform raw job site photos and videos into engaging, high-quality content for marketing and social media.

You will play a key role in bringing our projects to life by editing before-and-after footage, walkthroughs, and client reactions into compelling visual stories.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit raw photos and videos (before/after, walkthroughs, client reactions) into polished, engaging videos
  • Create social media-ready content and marketing assets from field media
  • Organize and manage media files uploaded by crews via Housecall Pro
  • Utilize Housecall Pro's media features to access and repurpose job content efficiently
  • Add voiceovers, captions, music, and effects to enhance video quality and engagement
  • Collaborate with the team to align content with branding and marketing goals
  • Maintain consistency in style, tone, and quality across all content
  • Stay productive and manage a high volume of content on a full-time basis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video editing and content creation (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
  • Experience or willingness to learn voiceover tools such as Labs (for voice-driven content)
  • Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
  • Ability to turn simple job footage into engaging and professional content
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of work consistently
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is a plus
