Key Responsibilities

Social Media Engagement & Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms
  • Maintain consistent engagement to support audience growth
  • Schedule and publish content using an existing content library
  • Monitor and report fake, duplicate, or impersonation accounts
  • Track engagement activity and provide regular updates

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Perform daily operational checks and maintain accurate records
  • Track assets, equipment, and inventory using established systems
  • Maintain organized documentation and operational logs
  • Ensure data accuracy across business systems and platforms

Financial & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate business records and data entry
  • Support bookkeeping processes by keeping information organized and up to date
  • Assist with reporting and record management to improve operational visibility

Customer Experience & Follow-Up

  • Manage customer follow-up workflows and automated communication sequences
  • Support review-generation and customer retention initiatives
  • Track customer interactions and ensure important requests are properly documented
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and consistent customer experience
