About the job WordPress / Elementor Web Designer (ND)

Position: WordPress / Elementor Web Designer
Location: Remote | Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress / Elementor Web Designer to join our growing team. This role is focused on building clean, modern, high-converting websites using WordPress and Elementor.

This is not a jack-of-all-trades role. We are specifically seeking someone with proven Elementor experience who can efficiently produce quality websites, manage multiple projects, and grow long-term with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build responsive WordPress websites using Elementor
  • Create clean, visually appealing, and user-friendly page layouts
  • Execute website projects efficiently from provided project management systems and AI-generated content
  • Maintain consistency across multiple client websites and projects
  • Build and manage front-end pages without heavy custom coding
  • Integrate and manage Gravity Forms when needed
  • Assist with light graphic/design support using Canva
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and at high quality

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor (non-negotiable)
  • Proven portfolio of Elementor websites
  • Strong design eye for layout, spacing, visuals, and user experience
  • Ability to efficiently complete website builds without sacrificing quality
  • Experience handling multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Self-driven, reliable, and highly organized

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Gravity Forms
  • Agency or multi-client project experience
  • Familiarity with Canva for supporting graphics
  • Experience working within structured project management systems

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone specialized in web design — not SEO, ads, or unrelated marketing tasks
  • A designer who already knows Elementor deeply and does not require training
  • Someone efficient, dependable, and capable of handling growing demand
  • A long-term team player who values stability and growth

What Success Looks Like:

  • Delivering high-quality websites efficiently and consistently
  • Managing multiple builds without sacrificing design quality
  • Becoming a reliable long-term web design partner for the team
  • Supporting growing project demand with professionalism and ownership
