Position: Rehasher/ Sales Funnel SP

Location: Remote


We are looking for a full-time Strategic Partner to support a US-based Roofing & Exteriors contractor with multiple locations. This role focuses on handling estimate follow-ups (rehash), sales funnel management, and customer communication via messaging and calls.

If you're confident talking to customers, understand how sales pipelines work, and can navigate CRMs, this could be a great long-term opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rehash and follow up on estimates sent to customers
  • Guide customers through the sales process via chat and voice
  • Manage and move leads through the sales funnel
  • Use CRM tools to track customer status and updates
  • Help train and improve the AI bot using real lead interactions
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team across locations
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM

Tools Youll Use:

  • AccuLynx (roofing CRM)
  • Hatch (customer communication platform)
  • Other sales and support tools as needed
  • (Experience with these tools is a BIG plus, but strong CRM experience is also acceptable.)

Work Schedule:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Full-time | US time zone required
