Position: Strategic Partner Admin – Lawn & Landscape
Location: Remote
Are you organized, proactive, and great at keeping operations running smoothly? Im looking for a Strategic Partner Admin who can support our lawn & landscape operations and serve as the central hub for scheduling, communication, and workflow management.
If you thrive in a fast-paced service environment and enjoy keeping projects and people aligned — this role is perfect for you. Experience with Jobber is a big plus, and being bilingual in Spanish is a strong advantage.
What Youll Do
Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle daily admin tasks: scheduling, customer updates, invoicing, documentation
- Maintain job workflows inside Jobber
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements
- Manage emails and phone communication professionally
Scheduling & Coordination - Coordinate schedules for crews, subcontractors, and routes
- Communicate job details and expectations to field teams
- Optimize routing for efficiency
Client & Contractor Communication - Be a primary point of contact for client questions and service updates
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking contractors (preferred)
- Manage escalations and service changes
Financial & Administrative Processes - Assist with invoicing, payments, and job costing
- Track materials, expenses, and subcontractor billing
- Prepare weekly/monthly KPI and productivity reports
Quality & Process Management - Ensure accurate job notes, photos, and documentation
- Monitor open jobs and follow-ups
- Support improvements to operational processes
Qualifications
Required: - 2+ years admin or operations support (service industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Skilled in scheduling and workflow tools
- Excellent attention to detail & multitasking
Preferred: - Experience using Jobber
- Spanish-speaking (comfortable with contractors/crew)
- Lawn care/landscape or home-service experience
- Background in field service or subcontractor support
