What Youll Do

  • Administrative & Operational Support
  •  Handle daily admin tasks including scheduling, customer updates, invoicing, and documentation
  • Maintain job workflows and service records inside the CRM
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements
  • Manage emails, messages, and phone communication professionally

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Coordinate schedules for crews, subcontractors, and routes
  • Communicate job details and expectations clearly to field teams
  • Help optimize routes and scheduling efficiency

Client & Contractor Communication

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client questions and service updates
  • Manage follow-ups, reschedules, inbound calls, and service changes
  • Escalate concerns when necessary and maintain professional communication


Financial & Administrative Processes

  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and tracking job costs
  • Track materials, expenses, and subcontractor billing
  • Help prepare weekly or monthly reports as needed

Quality & Process Management

  • Ensure accurate job notes, documentation, and records
  • Monitor open jobs and pending follow-ups
  • Support improvements to operational processes and workflows

Qualifications

Required
:
2+ years of admin or operations support experience
Experience using Lawn & Landscape CRM systems (Jobber, LMN or similar tools)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Skilled in scheduling and workflow management
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred
:
Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or home service industries
Background supporting field teams or subcontractors
Experience improving systems and processes
