Sales and Project Coordinator - Roofing (Spanish-English)

Position : Sales and Client Communication - Roofing (Spanish-English)

Location: Remote

1. Virtual sales + client communication
   • Act as a virtual sales team, helping close deals.
   • Do outbound calls, follow-ups, and happy calls to leads.
   • Answer inbound calls, talk to homeowners, and build the client experience.
   • Coordinate between the roofing crews and homeowners (bilingual preferred).
2. Roofing-specific knowledge
   • Be familiar with roofing as a technical construction trade.
   • Ideally have experience in the roofing/home services industry, so they understand terminology, estimates, and jobs.
3. Operations & admin support
   • Live in the CRM: manage and follow up on all leads.
   • Schedule estimates and book jobs.
   • Manage the calendar and support project coordination (like a virtual project manager).
4. CRM / RentalWorks capability
   • Either:
     • Already know RentalWorks, or
     • Be able to work with a mentor and Raymonds process so they can use RentalWorks to handle roof visualizations and proposals for clients.
5. Language requirements
   • Bilingual (English + Spanish) or similar, to:
     • Communicate effectively with crews, and
     • Communicate clearly with homeowners.
