Bookkeeper & Airbnb Revenue Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper & Airbnb Revenue Support Specialist to support our growing portfolio of real estate rental and development companies. This role blends precise multi-entity bookkeeping with hands-on revenue optimization for our short-term rental properties, making it a great fit for someone who is equally comfortable balancing a ledger and finding creative ways to fill an empty booking calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile approximately 10 sets of books across multiple real estate rental and development entities
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, categorize transactions, and assist with financial reporting
• Monitor and market orphan stay days (open nights between Airbnb bookings) to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Coordinate listing updates, promotions, and booking optimization strategies for short-term rental vacancies
• Maintain organized financial and operational records across all entities
• Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting real estate, rentals, or development companies
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, financial accuracy, and multi-entity bookkeeping
• Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental operations, or booking optimization, is a plus
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
