About the Business
We are a growing outdoor services company specializing in lawn care, landscaping, snow operations, and holiday lighting. Our goal is to strengthen our internal systems, support our leadership team, and push sustainable growth year after year—especially through busy seasonal peaks.
During peak season, our team grows to 30+ employees. We currently have dedicated office staff and field managers, and were looking to add a Strategic Virtual Partner to help carry the operational load and keep things running smoothly when leadership is in the field.
Role Overview
This role goes beyond basic admin support. Were looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Strategic Partner who can support office operations, communicate confidently with customers and employees, and help improve processes as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks to support office and field teams
- Manage customer and employee communication (calls, emails, updates)
- Assist with payroll-related tasks and documentation
- Support CRM scheduling, invoicing, and data management
- Maintain and organize files using Excel, Word, and online documents
- Follow existing systems while also helping create and improve processes
- Provide scheduling support during snow events when the team is in the field
- Identify new ways to support the business beyond assigned tasks
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using Excel and learning new tools quickly
- Experience with or willingness to learn payroll processes
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented

Work Schedule
- 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Central Time), Monday–Friday
- May require additional hours during spring/fall peak seasons
- Lighter workload during winter months
- Occasional snow-day support for remote scheduling
