We are seeking a proactive, professional, and sales-focused Strategic Partner to support outbound prospecting, lead management, CRM organization, and operational support for a growing luxury service-based business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both sales and administrative environments and can confidently represent a premium brand with professionalism, warmth, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales & Pipeline Growth

  • Make outbound B2B calls to commercial prospects, HOAs, property managers, hotels, restaurants, and retail centers
  • Generate qualified leads and book consultations for the sales team
  • Perform consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing
  • Maintain professional and on-brand communication on every call

CRM & Lead Management

  • Manage and organize leads inside CRM platforms
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, website inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Schedule consultations and send confirmations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tagging, and workflow organization

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Help document SOPs and improve workflows
  • Support systems organization and process efficiency
  • Use AI tools and automations to improve repeatable systems and communication

Light Marketing Support

  • Assist with social media posting and content execution following established brand guidelines

Requirements:

  • Strong outbound cold-calling experience (B2B preferred)
  • Professional phone presence with excellent English communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, Jobber, or similar platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong follow-through, ownership, and proactive communication
  • Ability to represent a premium brand professionally and warmly

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting service-based or luxury brands
  • Familiarity with lead management, scheduling, and pipeline organization
  • Comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms
