Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our content marketing, social media presence, and brand growth initiatives.

We already have a large library of real project photos and videos. Your role will be to organize, publish, repurpose, and strategically distribute content while helping grow our online presence and maintain a consistent brand image.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strong organizational skills and understands how to turn content into engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management

  • Organize and maintain content libraries (photos, videos, project assets)
  • Create and manage content calendars
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
  • Repurpose existing project content into engaging social media posts
  • Coordinate content production and distribution

Social Media Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities
  • Schedule posts and maintain posting consistency
  • Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments when needed
  • Identify content opportunities from completed projects
  • Support audience growth and community engagement

Brand Growth & Marketing Support

  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Track content performance and provide recommendations
  • Support lead-generation efforts through content marketing and calls (Inbound and Outbound)
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

  • Experience in social media management and content marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to create engaging content from existing media assets
  • Understanding of branding and digital marketing principles
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience with content scheduling and social media tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home services, construction, landscaping, luxury services, or related industries
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar platforms)
  • Experience with short-form video editing
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
