Position: Strategic Partner (Admin & Customer Support)

Were looking for a reliable and driven Strategic Partner (SP) to support a growing home services business in the US. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys admin work, customer communication, and helping a small business grow through strong systems and follow-through.
Youll work closely with the owner and field team to manage the sales pipeline, customer communication, and daily admin operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone intake and respond to customer inquiries
- Guide customers to submit quote requests via website
- Create and send job estimates
- Schedule jobs once estimates are approved
- Manage emails and text messages
- Submit orders to suppliers
- Track jobs and update the pipeline in CRM
- Keep customers updated on job status
- Handle basic complaints and escalate when needed
- Suggest ideas to help generate more business
- Ask questions to fully understand services and processes
Tools & Requirements
- Willing to learn and use Housecall Pro CRM
- Strong internet connection
- Comfortable with phone and messaging communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
