Position: Strategic Partner – Admin, Customer Service & Sales Support
Industry: Landscape Lighting & Exterior Cleaning
Location: Remote | Full-Time
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Strategic Partner to support the daily operations, sales follow-up, and customer communication for two growing home-service businesses specializing in landscape lighting and exterior cleaning.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands systems and automation, and can confidently manage backend operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support
- Answer inbound phone calls, texts, emails, website leads, and Facebook messages
- Schedule estimates, appointments, and follow-ups
- Manage customer communication and client experience
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate CRM records
- Support and maintain existing automations and workflows inside Go High Level
- Follow SOPs and help improve communication and follow-up systems
Sales & Lead Management
- Follow up on unsold estimates and nurture leads
- Keep pipelines updated and organized
- Assist with quick quoting for exterior cleaning services
- Set appointments and explain service processes for landscape lighting clients
- Support customer retention and re-engagement efforts
Marketing & Outreach Support
- Assist with basic social media posting and awareness
- Create or support simple marketing materials/posts
- Help with outreach efforts that support lead generation and business growth
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional and relatable phone presence
- Ability to multitask across multiple businesses and workflows
- Experience with CRM systems and automation tools (Go High Level preferred)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and coachable
- Comfortable following SOPs and working independently
- Basic understanding of sales follow-up and lead nurturing
