Position: Administrative Assistant (Roofing Industry)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations for a growing roofing company.
The ideal candidate has experience working in the roofing or home services industry, is comfortable using JobNimbus, and communicates confidently with a professional phone presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update records inside JobNimbus CRM
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks
- Assist with customer communication via phone, email, and text
- Maintain organized job files and customer information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle data entry and status updates accurately
Requirements:
- Experience using JobNimbus is required
- Previous admin experience in roofing or home services is a plus
- Strong English communication skills with a clear, professional accent
- Comfortable handling phone calls and customer interactions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
