Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update records inside JobNimbus CRM
  • Support scheduling, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with customer communication via phone, email, and text
  • Maintain organized job files and customer information
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle data entry and status updates accurately

Requirements:

  • Experience using JobNimbus is required
  • Previous admin experience in roofing or home services is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills with a clear, professional accent
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and customer interactions
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
