Position: CRM Automation & Systems Specialist

Location: Remote | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automated reporting and KPI dashboards connected to ServiceTitan.
  • Create workflows and automations using Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
  • Integrate CRM, phone systems, email platforms, and business software.
  • Automate lead intake, follow-up, task creation, and customer communication.
  • Set up Gmail and Google Calendar automations to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure missed calls and new leads trigger immediate follow-up workflows.
  • Support future marketing, SEO, and lead generation automation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Zapier, Make, or other automation tools.
  • Experience building workflows, integrations, and business process automations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred Experience

  • Home services industry experience (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and marketing automation.
