Position: CRM Automation & Systems Specialist
Location: Remote | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated reporting and KPI dashboards connected to ServiceTitan.
- Create workflows and automations using Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
- Integrate CRM, phone systems, email platforms, and business software.
- Automate lead intake, follow-up, task creation, and customer communication.
- Set up Gmail and Google Calendar automations to improve efficiency.
- Ensure missed calls and new leads trigger immediate follow-up workflows.
- Support future marketing, SEO, and lead generation automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Zapier, Make, or other automation tools.
- Experience building workflows, integrations, and business process automations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Preferred Experience
- Home services industry experience (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace automation.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and marketing automation.
