By submitting an application to Unique Genius (“UG”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application & Talent Pool
Submitting an application does not guarantee job placement or client matching. Qualified applicants may be added to our talent pool and may be contacted for current or future opportunities that match their skills and experience.
2. Client Matching Process
UG evaluates candidates based on client requirements. Endorsement and hiring decisions are ultimately made by the client. UG does not control final hiring outcomes or timelines.
3. No Guarantee of Employment
UG does not guarantee employment, job offers, income, work hours, or length of engagement. Availability of roles depends on active client demand.
4. Communication & Updates
UG will make reasonable efforts to provide updates; however, due to the volume of applicants, individual follow-ups are not always possible unless you are actively being considered or matched with a client.
5. Accuracy of Information
Applicants must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information. Any false or misleading details may result in removal from consideration or termination of placement if already hired.
6. Assessments and Interviews
Applicants may be required to complete skills assessments, interviews, and other evaluations as part of the screening and matching process.
7. Data Privacy & Consent
By applying, you consent to UG collecting, storing, and processing your personal information for recruitment and client-matching purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your data may be shared with potential clients strictly for hiring consideration.
8. Multiple Applications
Applicants may apply for multiple roles if qualified, but duplicate or spam applications may delay processing.
9. Professional Conduct
Applicants are expected to communicate respectfully with the UG team and clients. Harassment, spamming, or inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification from current and future opportunities.
10. Changes to Terms
UG reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the hiring process implies acceptance of any updates.
