Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our clients throughout their window and door contracting process. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their window and door contracting process

- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer any questions or concerns they may have

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with our team of contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects

- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation

- Collaborate with our sales team to provide accurate quotes and estimates to clients

- Act as a liaison between clients and our contractors to ensure all expectations are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to better assist clients and provide them with the best options for their needs

- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of the window and door industry is a plus

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their needs

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must be able to work on-site and have reliable transportation
