Veterans: Your Leadership and Real-World Experience Are Needed in the Next Wave of Business
Small businesses in North Texas are trying to figure out how to use AI to work smarter, not harder, and they need guidance from people who understand discipline, teamwork, and getting results.
We’re looking for veterans who want to apply their operational experience in a new way - helping small business owners adopt practical AI tools that save time, improve efficiency, and create growth.
You don’t need to be a tech expert, but you do need to be an avid user of the basic AI tools (i.e., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). You'll be provided AI readiness training that will allow you to teach the basics to small business staff. As you gain experience, you’ll have the chance to lead local projects and mentor other veterans entering the field.
This is ideal for veterans who:
Have leadership or management experience and want a meaningful civilian path forward
Understand how real-world operations work and enjoy problem solving
Want to stay ahead of the curve in the fastest-growing field in business
Are self-motivated and eager to learn practical new skills
Compensation:
Initial roles are part-time or project-based with future opportunities for leadership and field-based training as we expand.
Join the mission:
If you’re ready to build your next chapter helping American businesses thrive in the AI economy, we want to hear from you.
How to apply:
Please send your resume and let us know how you've implemented AI tools in your own life or to help others. If you've completed advanced projects, have a ML background, etc., tell us about your wins.
