  • Average seasoned Appointment Setters can earn R 30,000.00/month with us.

  • Top Appointment Setters can earn R 40,000.00/month plus or more!

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a B2B Business Development professional, with a strong focus on appointment setting and lead generation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

  • Sound knowledge in at least one of the following industries: telecommunications, insurance, financial, logistics, manufacturing, or healthcare, including key players, trends, and pain points.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Proficiency in using Auto Dialer/CRM software and sales productivity tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and remotely from your preferred location.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • A high degree of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Prior experience in remote work or virtual sales environments would be advantageous.


  • Be a top producer with previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting and phone sales

  • Represent our brand with integrity and respect by being an exceptional communicator in all situations

  • Set 1 to 2 qualified appointments per hour.

  • All you need to do is set the appointments, our Sales Team is responsible for closing them!


  • Competitive salary range of 30,000 - 40,000 Rand per month.
