Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Effectively resolve customer issues, striving for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in telecommunications/insurance/financial/logistics or healthcare industries (minimum of 2 years).
Must be a fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to empathize and effectively handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Google Suite and web-based applications.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
