Position Overview:

As the Global Vice President of Process Engineering, your primary directive will be to drive the automation of our manufacturing plants located across Europe, Mexico, China, and the US. Reporting directly to the Head of our largest business unit, with an annual turnover of 1.2 billion USD, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our global process design strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a global strategy for process automation and optimization in alignment with business objectives.

Lead and mentor a global team of process engineering professionals, with direct reports in Germany, China, the US, and India, totaling over 60 team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams at all manufacturing sites to implement efficient and automated processes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.

Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for process engineering projects.

Foster innovation and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our manufacturing processes remain cutting-edge.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.

Extensive experience in process engineering within the automotive industry, with a focus on automation and standardization, knowledge about rubber to metal manufacturing (vulcanization mold design, assembly equipment design) desired.

Proven leadership experience, including managing global teams and complex projects.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package for this executive-level position, including:

Base salary from 500k RON

30% variable compensation, with the potential to reach up to 60% based on achieving performance targets.
